The clutch is fine, it just has a noisy thrust bearing. Doesnt slip or anything.

Personally, I wouldnt go to all the of the trouble to replace thrust bearing without replacing the clutch as well unless I new for absolute certainty that the clutch was only replaced recently.silverGPX wrote:The clutch is fine, it just has a noisy thrust bearing. Doesnt slip or anything.
Also mate, I think it will be a bit of a stretch doing at the DIY day. I think if I was going to do it. Id rather have all my tools handy and I would also need my engine crane which will not fit in the FTO lol.

ah but i love my clutch its really heavy and i dont know if i get a new one itll make it softer. Its hard as Fk atm, ask pete. But if i got a new clutch kit, how much would u be willing to put it in for me Simon. Ill pay cash?
