DMD have supplied a lot of parts and have most of the decent BKits. I would never use carmate.

Ben you manage to type on a german keyboard? Bloody hell i've got one and there are two letters at the "wrong place". It must be the booze that help you to locate them ahaahah

yea i noticed that right after i made the post, and deleted it within 30 seconds of making it, damn u and your quick response

anyway I called DMD and the guy I spoke to said "Daracto? I've never heard of that"

I spelt it out for him and told him the custom front bar they have on their webside is a dc and bozzspeed blend and he was like "ohh...ok" and put me on hold for 5 minutes, told me he'll call me back cos they only have the VS
so i'm waiting for a call but i doubt they'll be able to get it from the way that guy was talking.
But i almost cracked up when he said daracto lol

The guy is like topmix he just makes copies of stuff. but he is very thorough and his results r outstanding, so i have heard. i went and spoke to him and he hadnt heard d curato either but i showed him a pic and said i want that and he said no worries can do just ring get his email and send him the pic he will then be able to tell u if he can do it

Dude have u checked out his website also you may not be talkin to the right guy. first off i talked to a chic and she didnt understand much (she was going to charge me $800 for a bar that i didnt want) but when i went in the second time and talked to him it was all good and is only charging $600

My car was rear ended, look on the first page for the pics, I don't want a front bar dude, i want a REAR bar and they dont have it.

Well my panel beater has been calling people all day but he can't get a hold of a DC rear bar. And to get one from Japan will take longer than I want to wait, that's once he finds it

Looks like I'll be going with the BX one from carmate.. I didn't want to deal with them but if the panel beater is good he'll be able to make it fit (since people say they've had probs with kits not fitting on properly).

DMD only have VS rear bars so BX it is, well at least I'll be the only FTO with it

Sorry dude i havent been payin much attention just tired i suppose i dont know where i got front bar from, maybe just excited about my own i guess. but i dont like the dc rear bar at all it looks way to similar to the standard. what about the kaze one i think im gonna get one of those.

Dude if your panel beater is good he should get it to fit just may take some time. my mate's vs kit for his celica took 3.5 wks to get fitted.

he'll make it fit alrite, and the thing that sets apart the dc rear bar from the rest - It's basically to smooth out the back, normally you'd have it sloping inwards, and with the DC bar it just makes it flat and smooth which looks very sexy, as I don't like the stock look at the back.
So it's meant to look less like a kit, and more like a part of the car which just smooths out the back

EDIT: And good luck getting a kaze kit, you'll need it to find one, and you'll be paying ridiculously high prices for it.

nah should beable to get dmd to make me a popy from my original. shoul only be like $600-$800 which dosent bother me as long as its different

No i dont have one yet. i only just decided i want to get a rear bar i was going to leave it standard. On that web page it says that the bar is woth 88000 yen which is only $999.14AUD

And last time we checked, its around $10k + shipping. And i seriously doubt DMD can copy it.

Well as i say i havnt checked but he does some awesome work i wouldnt be surprised but i will ring him tomorrow and find out

10k is for the whole kits, shipping bodykits from Japan can be very expensive and that if the company willing to ship them.

Yeah im just talkin about the rear bumper the whole kit includes wide body as well (new wide front and rear gaurds) 10kis expensive but there is a lot to the kit it aint like a normal kit (front and rear bar side skirts and maybe a spoiler
