Loud beeping noise

This morning I started my car up and two loud deafening beeps went off.

Has anyone else had this before?
Whatâ€™s it mean?

Ok how long did it last or did it just stop? I had this experience with my other car before, it was cause by a faulty Stereo Head Unit!

It beeped twice and then stopped.
(could be the head unit Cause itâ€™s a dodgy one that came with the car from a jeep)

i would go & check the deck out, & also check all the wiring in your FTO 2!

only time mine beeps is when im reversing... like a damn truck!! ... but u know what the funny thing is.. i dont think ppl out side the car can hear it.. lol

its for safety only on the inside so you know your car is in reverse
