lancer > fto suspension

g'day. Just a quick enquiry.
Are lancer/fto struts/shocks interchangable, without swapping control arms etc?
Reason i ask is i have a lancer, thinking of doing it up a little while i save for an fto, but if they are interchangable i'll be putting something in the lancer now, suspension wise, and bringing it across later.

ah sorry, its a 1999 CE MR lancer, 1.8. Why do you need the chassis number?

I have the Mitsubishi parts software called CAPS. I can look up your exact car & cross reference the parts to FTO parts
