Muffler Question

Post by Chum »

HI Guys

I was wondering what you guys thought on the location and more importantly the mounting angle of the muffler out the back of my 94 FTO.

Perhaps have it hanging out on the angle? Drift Style (Too Ricey), or Straight out, like a stock system.

I have just purchased a new muffler and want to know which is the current style to have... hehe

Anything I should tell the Installer to do when I get it installed. I know I should get him to "tuck" it up?!? :?

If anyone has pics of their exhausts showing the angle could they please post up aswell.

Cheers

Andy

well no, anything that's bent out of shape will naturally look smaller than it actually would be if it was straight.

now if your just trying to find reasons to make your demented and wonky looking, bent out of shape penis look normal, then I can see why you made that comment

depend what muffler u have i reckon.. i would go for straight on anything but a cannon muffler.. they look alright on an angle but yea can look a bit rice :P

plus if your cars lowered.. u want the muffler high up so it doesnt scrape on the ground whenever u go over a speed bump or into a driveway

I had mine look like stock, but with huge twin tips, and straight through muffler, cost me $300 fitted.

What i should have said was, looking at it from certain angles makes it appear larger.Side mufflers look nice most of the time,i'll take a pic of mine so all can see.So cast your penis envy aside.
