I dont have any clues about that
but if it helps mxysxy was organising a group buy on cumstom made "leather like" seat covers, I think you just missed it. (he might run another one, but I guess you'll have to ask him)
as for the door trimmings... I've opted to do it myself (now all I have to do is sourse come leather at a reasonable price)
but if you find someone then please let us know lol (otherwise I'll be glue gunning for the next 6 months lol)
cheers

You don't need much leather for the doors, so it won't cost you much. Make sure you get them from an auto trimmer, as household leather don't stand a chance in side a car where it can go up to 60-70 degree in summer.
If you want to be different, you can always do what I’ve done, get a decent reclineable bucket seat like Sparco, Recaro, Bride...(fixed are illegal for any 4 seats coupe) re-trim it in High graded leather. Get the proper rail from Japan, so its ADR compliance. After that it’s the back seats.
Once you done that, re-paint the center glove box & any other parts you wish to match the seats. Do go to a proper auto interior repairer to spray your interior, as I found panel beaters aren’t as good when it comes to interior re-spray.
Cost around $8K for the whole job done by professional.
Of course if you use low grade household leather, cheapo bucket seats, get a backyarder to chop your rail to refit and re-spray your interior. Then it should only be around $3k.

Before i did the door card with leather, i used the leatherette. But it keep having bubble patch due to the material aren't design for curve area and aren't able to stick on properly.
I've post up some pics of the different before, so you should able to find it.
The door card cost me $120 with leatherette installed. So i hope this will give you some indication.
