guys....

are alloy rims repairable?

i just found out today, that i have crack on the Inside of my rear right rim!!!!

omg so sad....

Of course they are. Take it to an aluminium engineering shop & get them to weld it up & regrind it.

can depend cant it?

porsche rims crack on purpose when they hit anything at speed to save the suspension etc.... Friend cracked his rim and no wheel place would fix it - said he needed to buy a new wheel.

Very true, depending on where the crack is.

Only 1 way to find out thou!

and if they are a cast or a formed alloy very hard to weld any cast metal.

they are meant to be good - they are also the mob that couldnt fix my friends porsche wheel (which means they are honest)
