mivecboy i'm planning a similar kind of install in my car. got a old laptop lying around to use too. if u want we can work on both of them together coz i could def use someone whos more technically minded . the screen costs about 400-700$ + few wires etc + the computer. theres someone on these forums too who have installed a carputer

    Holy crap ... wonder how much did that cost
    the screen costs about 400-700$ depending what brand and what size of screen u want, can also get cheaper ones on ebay for around 300$ + few wires etc + the computer + either an invertor or a opus psu. u can run it off a head unit if u have a aux in or get urself a good sound card and run it st8 to amps . the path ive been thinking of is a sound card st8 to amps. u can pretty much use a old desktop or laptop to reduce costs. a smaller car pc would set u back roughly about 1k from aus pc market.

    lol well ever since i've got 2 letters in the mail from people reporting me for flicking out the window, i always use my ashtray now out of habit :?

    ive had my fto for 2.5 years now and ive only got 1 letter for flicking and that was cos of my friend! :lol:

    Council does for littering. It used to be something like $20 but now it's gone up to $100 if it's lit.
