Just to add, if your going to buy this car only because it's cheaper that others, then it's probably not the best thing to do.
You rather be sure of what you'll buy, and rather way a couple of weeks/months just to be sure you made the right choice since this'll be your car for at least the next year. rather be spending an extra 1.5k than spending double that on repairs.

Sorry I don't want to put you against your choice, just saying be sure of it before you buy it, patience is a virtue :P

thanks frozen!!

What music are you into? We are hitting the city on Friday, but I'm a bit of an rnb bunny, so unless you are into that type of music, you may dislike lol

Thanks also Sublime 8) I'm a pretty cautious buyer, so I will be careful :P

RACV testers don't know jack about imports...
    try these guys - http://www.stateroads.com.au/

a little more expensive than an RACV test,
but worth it for the peice of mind

i can't remember the name of the guy i had,
but you should ask for someone that has experience at testing FTO's

    P.S. nice colour choice :)

hehe thanks everyone! I'll make sure I get a stateroads test done then!

I'll sell my car and then if its still available and checks out okay, then I'll probably get it :)

8O i would never have guessed!!!
i didn't know anyone in ferntree gully owned a computer

tip of the day - when you get the FTO don't park it at
Vasser's, the Middle, the Pool Room or the Royal...
... or either of the train stations...
actually, you may wanna consider moving to a different suburb
just to reduce your insurance cost

but make sure you drive the Mad Mile to upwey once you get it

we're starting to get a fair few members out our way...

Hey i used Stateroads too!! they chrtaged me like 189 for the checkup and YES they're better than NRMA!! I just didnt think you guys had it in melbourne thats all.

Also, i've just noticed the Kms on the car, its not a fresh import, if it was straight out of japan it would have like 50,000ks or somethin on it since its illegal to drive there if your car is over like 70,000 ks!

lol I'm not sure if it's 60,000 or 70,000 but definately u have to either sell it or destroy it if it's over that, I think it's to encourage people from not driving as much, since it's so packed over there :!:

LOL! It isn't illegal to drive high km cars over there... you just have to pay a lot of tax every year for older cars, so it is cheaper to get a new one
