I recon there was more action in the car park after the movie, I saw it on thursday night, it was a bit wet and me and a mate just watched everyone try to drift out of the car park.

I just saw the film, I didn't spot a single FTO in the movie. Needless to say, I'm pretty unimpressed with the whole lame movie. lol ;)

Here, I've never met you before....drive my car in a race. Oh, you crashed it? Never mind, here's an EVO for you to race until you pay me back.

Please.

The action was good though.

no FTO's there...

that was without doubt one of the worst movies i have seen in a long time.

So much potential to show the damn yanks what funky drifting is and this is what they come up with.....

Didnt even feel like a 'Fast and the Furious' movie!!

I agree. However, I am wondering when we're going to have group meets like they did ;)

Well this was the best movie I saw this year, the PLOT of the things was just ... the SHITTEST plot I've seen.. but honestly, none of you guys went to watch it for the plot?
We all know that it wasn't "Chuck Norris" that was doing the real driving through the movie, but some jap pro dude, and it was good to watch the skill the guys had.

As far as the plot goes, worst movie probably in the last 10 years.. BUT i went to watch it for the sole purpose of the cars and drifting, I've got about 20 DVDs so far, mixture of the D1 and touge/american touge collection, so was just curious how it displayed in a movie.

Mustang with a RB26DETT, at first I thought it had a SR20 cos they originally took it out of a sylvia
and the VS series 3 Z kit ahh... overall a good movie if you dont pay attention to the plot!

forgive the dialogue and plot, I still reckon for pure amount of car racing that went of, this was the best of the fast and furious franchise. AT least this one didnt pretend to have a plot, just had numerous races. for that I thought it was better then expected.

the car hahn drove - (orange) was it an rx - 7?

yeh, thot as much - interesting, driving yesterday in glen waverely vic, there was a white rx-7 with a very similar wide body kit, just the rear was a lot different - not sure if anyone else has seen this

how funny, did a search on carsales and this was the one I was talking about.... ok its a bit diff. to fast and furious kit, but has some nice features.

Just a tad different

The white RX7 would have spent $5k on the bodykit, the tokyo drift one is at $11k US + modifications and needs 19X12's at the back.
