Just out if interest, wanted to find out what age group everyone is in. Hope this doesn't belong in the Gibberish threads

Just for the maths geniuses out there

...... I'm only going on integers here. In other words, if you're 25 and 3 months, just vote for 21-25. If you're 30 and 9 months, u still count as 30

Just wanted to make that clear

Great idea for a survey RXBOY. I was in two minds about going on the cruise cos of the age factor (over 30). It ended up that I was going away anyway that weekend, but I still dont know if I would have gone.... This is a good way for me to find out if there are others of a similar age on the site! Well done

"Growing old is ineviteble, growing up is optional!!!!!!!!!!"

Look at me 30+ with an FTO and loving my sons 12yr old school mates saying that his mum is cool - you guys will appricate it some time - I hope you do!

Well Mikey, dont go the britney stuff (age thingy!) But at a 8-10 size I'm "less" than average and my son thinks that without my wedding rings I could pick up high school kids (poor disallusioned kid!!!) I'm happy. I do wish there were more my age for cruises though - kinda stopped me this time... I know this is a less "experienced" typed of car I'm driving but it doesnt lessen the enjoyment

I've tended to notice FTO owners are older than skyline/supra/180sx etc owners in general - even when I was looking for my car, of all the people I visited to inspect their FTOs, the youngest was 24, with the oldest being in his late 40s (my estimate). Seems the FTO is appreciated only by those old/mature enough to do so.....

I haven't seen a old (er) person driving a fto yet (i live in wa). Since i'm 17, i can say on behalf of my age group......... it's not a "Mature car". I got mine on my b'day and it's probably the best car for a "first car", it's powerfull but not sort of power which can kill you, it's stylish.........well it looks like a 100k european sports car. Finally the attention.....I LUV it.

I beg to dissagree, both I and my wife enjoy the FTO we do have other cars, it is more of a toy for us but believe that it is a car for any age .

There are a few owners of the mature age over here in the east, as some one else said your only as young as you feel !!!!! and this car makes you feel young

yes there are more older people driving fto as most young people just want straight line speed

any one can drive in a straight line, you need to corners

Have to agree with kaveman I have been contemplating fitting front strut brace to mine, I do tend to push it through the corners, and these help.

Our other car is also a performance one of the German breed, both perform well into and out of corners, which is part of the fun and enjoyment of these cars

*Sigh* now I dont feel so out of it age wise. As for speed... Its not restricted to the young d_stroy_r, my hubby owns a Suzuki Hyabusa, the fasted road bike ever produced and rides it just that way - and he would never do 300km/hr

as that is just not legal now is it!! AND he is way way older than me

I'm going to try for the criuse on the 7th Dec...

Oh by the way Kaveman, hubby say your car this morning - its a tad distinctive with the stripes. He thinks it was on the Cumberland Hwy heading south.....
