Well do I feel stupid

Post by sublime19 »

I've had the FTO aus club sticker stuck on my side glass for like 5 weeks, and I didn't know I was meant to peel the plastic bit off 8O

for those who don't have the sticker, its like say, a fake tattoo, u stick it on, then peel it off and the pic stays on, its like that but i didn't know lol...
I'm always saying "damn this sticker is collecting moisture" and always trying to press on it to make it stick more and not get bubbles, and today when i went for a car wash i got pissed off and tried to peel the plastic off, and realised that was exactly what I should have done in the first place

I was wondering why mind looked sh*thouse at first!

The 'FTO' sticker stayed but the 'www.ftoaustralia.com' bit flew away while I was driving. I hope I can get a replacement coz it's pretty useless trying to promote the club without the web address......

Well I wont mention any names, but a certain SA Coordinator had a similar problem with his sticker on his GT wing. Good thing there was a friendly club member on hand to fix the problem before his car got judged in the Show-n-Shine, wasnt it ??

just get him drunk and try to get him to give it to you for free.. but then you'll be spending $100 gettin him pissed, ah well, worth it, at least then u can say "hey the prez gave me a free sticker!"

ah anywho, i might get another one to stick on the other side lol the "M" in ftoaustralia.com got scrubbed off during the car wash but meh, im sure it dont take a genious to figure out it's "COM"

but then again.. im sure it doesn't take a genious to figure out how to put the sticker on properly in the first place!
