Just a note here Shue,
I might let you guys aware of my secret project,
I got into cf supplier scene as well,
You might like to wait a week or little bit more till I get my pricing organised,
I am planning to organise pretty much all the interior panels, as well as bonnet, boot, mirror in cf.
All the panels are shipped from asia via fedex airmal, except the large items like bonnet, boot, they will be via ship.
Currently trying to finalise t & c with the supplier

cool let us know. the only avantage of dealing with the guy ken and me have been dealing with is hes in melbourne and its easy if anything goes pear shaped+ hes willing to make the mould at his cost for small quantities that we guys get in carbon fibre atleast. with someone overseas the biggest problem u'll have is numbers to get a significant saving and with cf the quality of weave matters a lot too and what ive noticed about overseas suppliers is they dont laminate the carbon fibre . point in note the last cf group buy from funky styling for the eyelids. cost me 126$ for buy them+ would cost me around 50$ to get them laminated locally.

lamination is one of the major things, what sort of weave they are going to be using.is it fibreglass based or complete carbon fibre. how many layers of cf and u'll also have to see if there are any breaks in the weave, reason im saying that is carbon fibre cloth with cuts through is classed as seconds and sells for peanuts compared to the first grade stuff
