the top is also black plastic. Between the cloth bit and the window...there is essentially two pieces the top and the bottom bit which you have shown.

its the marked bit that will be in carbon fibre. the only other plastic part is the actual door card, will be really hard to replicate it. can make door cups in cf though . will be when the supplier gets his cf supplies coz would need carbon with a smaller weave for the cups

yeah for me that bit by itself is a bit of a waste as the door surround really needs to match.

alright boys, spoke to the supplier. will cost 250$ a set of 2+ P&p need atleast 5 numbers to get them made. will look exactly like the surrounds with the same laminated finish. SG the door cups will def be made later on when he gets his carbon fibre supplies in.

Just a note here Shue,
I might let you guys aware of my secret project,
I got into cf supplier scene as well,
You might like to wait a week or little bit more till I get my pricing organised,
I am planning to organise pretty much all the interior panels, as well as bonnet, boot, mirror in cf.
All the panels are shipped from asia via fedex airmal, except the large items like bonnet, boot, they will be via ship.
Currently trying to finalise t & c with the supplier
