Depends on the exact tyre but for that size and diameter I've seen them with a max cold rating of around 44-50psi. Take that as you will..[/b]

Its a preference thing... driving style, road conditions, tyre type etc.
On Sydney (sh*t house) roads for 'spirited' driving I run 38psi on 225/18/45 tyres
