How often u chg plugs? what plugs do u use?

How often do peeps here chg their plugs?
20k 100k?
There are many types of iridiums and platinums ard.
Lifespan of 20k to 150k.
NGK, Denso.
Some Iridiums have a 20k life, some longlife up to 150k.

Any prefernce here?
Does frequent remove of the rear intake manifold make it bad for e car?

just get some NGK Iridiums and do the rear bank.

I did mine after 140000kms and noticed crap all difference in performance. The original sparkies last forever.
