just got my leatherette seats in.. they burn u when u leave your car in the sun.. wondering what are some prices people have paid for tinting?
i wanna get maybe +20. i got a quote today from a place for $320.

if you wait for a few more months till its winter the price is usually half (if not cheaper) then the price you will pay in Summer

Tints are pretty cheap. I know you can do a whole car with a roll of film which costs the tinters around 30 bucks.
Them charging you 10 times more it costs them is pretty far fetched.

I'd say the rest is labour. not just installing it but also garunteing (spell check) the work they've done is top quality

depends on the state
sides..I think is 30% and back 20-25% in Vic. or similar. I think I have 30% all round on mine.
materials are one thing, installation is another. Buy it yourself and give it a go. I would pay 200 for some1 to do it anytime. And i have had about 3 cars tinted from different places...some did a much better job than others and some had better product than others - or at least it looked beter on the cars.
