FTO GPX vs 2003 Vectra 3.2ltr V6

Post by SILVERFISH »

one of my customers spotted my FTO in the car park and we've been
trying to figure out if his Vectra would be a close match, spec wise.
(the FTO & Vectra are both tip autos)

i'm guessing the vectra would be up around 150kw & 1500 kgs

anyone here got any definitive specs? eg. 0 - 100 etc.

 i'm hoping they spec up pretty closely...
then it just comes down to driving ability

Which year is the Vectra?

I driven one before & they go alright, you be suprise how well they go.

155kw/300Nm & 1535kg for the luxso spec.

0-100 around 7.5sec, so they are pretty much the same as FTO.

unfortunate to say this but i once raced one thinking i would easily win, to my suprise it was dead even and then he slowly pulled away when i was in third gear. But i had a tip, so i guess with a manual it would be a bit different. Also, i had a whole heap of audio gear in my car at that time.
