FTO Written Off... Nuff Said... Pics Soon... "No" I wasn't driving
If I Had A Dollar For Every Time Someone Said "If I Had A Dollar For Every Time Someone Said <...>" Well... Then... I'd... Have A Dollar For Every Time Somone Said "If I Had A Dollar For Every Time Someone Said <...>"!!!
Mate asked to borrow the FTO... Now I NEVER lend anyone my car! It's not that I'm an ass it's just that I'm the only one covered on my insurance... But, he's one of my best mates (now under revision) and he did really need a car for a few hours so I gave in... Biggest mistake I ever made...
Bastard decided he wanted to see how she goes and gave it some, lost control on a round-about and planted my car into a lane wall... Whole front end is gone with massive amounts of damage to the left hand side of the car as well!
Witnesses who saw the crash told police that he was doing a "ridiculous" speed through the round-about!!! Luckily he walked away without a scratch on him... Although I may remedy that yet! He's been smart enough to avoid me so far... Bloody Police came around to tell me because he was being questioned in relation to possible charges.
Absolutely no idea whats going to happen yet... But here I am... No car, no ability to make an insurance claim... Will let you all know what's going on when I know...

Well first of all, I'm so sorry to hear this, it happen to me with my company car before. But my mate manage to smash into two cars as well My company car was only insurance for ppl in the company. And no non-employee mean to drive it, so u can see i was in even bigger trouble then your situation.
If i was you, i would speak to a lawyer & take him to court. Because u know he will forever avoiding you & you will never get you money back. The worst thing is, if nothing going to happen to him, he will never learn the lesson. And this is from my experience.

Can only imagine how you feel. I have a cold lump in my stomach just thinking about it. I agree with some of the comments above. You have to confront him. The longer you leave it the less guilty he'll feel. If you need to go the legal route, you need to get onto it as quickly as possible, and you cant go there without knowing what he is going to do.
