help in fitting front lower strut brace

Does any one know how to fit a front lower strut brace to a fto.

Describe 'lower'? Is that under the car?

He means sway bar.

i have bought a set of 4 and i have put 3 in and the only one left is the front lower. I have a rough idea where they go.

Has anyone put any braces on there car? Did it inproved the ride.
