that really depends on what you like really but coolant i recommend a flush before you fill in some new one ... it's always good to do that, there are some better coolant then standard green ones, mine's pink colour which i can't remember the brand etc, i'm sure someone will know what i'm on about
engine oil, most people will go for MOTUL which is what i use to use and it's not bad, i use mobile 1 full syn now, it's good cause it actually reduce my tappet noise + same performance as MOTUL so i that's what i've been using ever since

The difference between what we do and what we are capable of doing would suffice to solve most of the world's problem.

same rating oil?? both those oils are good.. I have tried the MOTUL oil in my change last week..lol after like 3,000km just cos i wanted to try some stuff out. seems to be the same as the last oil i had..make sure u use Full Sync...and get 5W-30 to get great viscosity at start and at running temps...u might be temped to go higher but I wouldn't...the car revs to 8k...its not a ford and needs higher visc. oil.
