No. A blue slip is a heavier vehicle identity & roadworthiness test used for car that have a. never been registered or b. have been out of registration for 3 months or more.

You need to tell the RTA as far as i know, but that's it... and your insurance company and sh*t.

I dont think you need to tell the RTA....

I'd tell your insurance company thou - cutom paint = x amount when the car is valued & insured for y amount
