Water leak (water tank?)/Top right orange light

Post by rnbboi »

Hi guys,

Today I was driving and I noticed that my top right orange light - which appeared to be the water light was flashing at me.

When I got home, I checked the water that was in the windscreen wiper tank, and it was empty. Filled it up went back in the house, came back out a couple hrs later and started the car. This time, the light stayed on.

Popped the bonnet, and checked the windscreen wiper water tank again, and it was empty. Looked underneath, and I noticed that I have water dripping onto the ground.

I think that theres a water sensor on that water tank as well, it has water seeping over it.

Looked for holes in the tank, but I cant find any. All I could find is that where the sensor (or cable things are), theres water seeping out, and drippin onto the ground.

my plastic tubing from the water tank has cracked, and water is now leaking from it.
