does everyone get a rattling noise when the windows are wound down?
is there a fix for this?

New window guides will do the trick. Think they were about $20 a side. You can find the part number on dstocks website. If you have dwarf hands or that of a child installation is easy as...

Try replacing your window guides:

Part Numbers MB321765 and MB321766. Will cost about $30 in parts from memory (Any Mitsi Dealership)

It fixes the problem in most cases
