message for the person doing the organising.

if we can arrange for use of a car park or similar, I can bring some cones etc so we can have a "mini motorkana". Maybe if we are based at a Motel, they would have an area we could use?

Hey Bennoz has anyone ever filmed a National cruise and made videos/dvds? That's something you can sell with the rest of your merchandise.

Hey all,

Just to keep you in the loop, we are looking at different types of accommodation. Suggestions would be greatfully received. I stayed at the Station Resort Jindabyne on the weekend. It was ok but they charged like a wounded bull. What do ppl think about shared accommodation? If we can find some place with enough room for us all it will keep costs down and allow us to cater for ourselves....

Thoughts??

u can always consider hiring out a whole house, fully furnished. friends have done it before and gotten a 2 storey house for, i think, about $400 per night
and that comfortably accomodated 10-12 ppl

Just to keep everyone in the loop. The cruise looks to be heading for around May 2006. The organisation will take off full steam ahead after Chrissy. Some members of the committee and forum are checking out prices at different places. Watch this space :D

Merry Christmas and safe driving

I'll give you a little bit of an update.

We have sorted the accomodation, we have an entire ski lodge to ourselves - at a really good price. Im going down to suss out both the roads & place next month. All we need to do is get date sorted - probably happen when Kazbah gets back from hols

Ben.
