BP ultimate out of stock???? SYD

hey guys are u experiencing this problem???
i have been using ultimate since day one and for the past few days its been out of stock at at least 3 BP stations in the inner west
now i'm forced to use premium unleaded which is only 95octane
help!!!

From what i have heard there are issues with the refineries!
In Canberra we haven't had Ultimate for about 4 weeks now!

Itâ€™s been like this for over a month now, BP having a problem with their refinery, it was on the news.

I just use Mobil Synergy 8000 for now, anything is better then Optimax.

man BP is *~delightful!~*
i had the petrol light on for 3 dayz looking for ultimate
is the synergy 8000 more expensive than the ultimatE?

Depends where you are, i found some place is cheaper, some are more expensive....

I think Mobil, Caltax, & Shell is milking the situation now

I live in good old qld and have no problems filling up with bp ultimate

btw what is so bad about optimax? and is caltex vortex any good cause its only 7c more then unleaded instead of bps 10c?

Synergy is very veyr similar to Ultimate, the only difference is Ultimate is slightly more dense.

Vortex I only use for long trips where i don't need 98RON.

Downside of Optimax is it has touline, which in short from what i have heard is not great for your car.

well where i am we still havn't had any problem...i dunno about Adelaide though!!!

i think i may go fill my car up to max just incase this does happen here bcoz my car hasnt had anything but BP since it got imported over!!!

I was running on the orange fuel light for 2 days trying to find ultimate

Had to put some 95 RON in

Boris, Vortex 98 doesn't cause any problems with my car....you should give it a shot if things get desperate.
