Could you elaborate a little more on the problem?

basically the problem is that every time i drove my car for a while when i accelarate its feels like it about to stall. i can't change gear but when i put over and turn off the car and turn it back on it only last for 5 mins or so
my cousin told me that it could be a air flow of the car would that be true

Sounds like a fuel starvation issue. May be a blockage in the line or pump is on its way out...

Okay...

You're driving along for about 5 minutes or so... Then your revs die & you're stuck in gear? Wouldn't be 3rd by any chance would it?

Does your [N] flash when this happens?

Bennoz could be right... Could be a number of things...

Hope it isn't the same as I just went through... I had similar symptoms & it cost me $3600.00 & 3 weeks without my FTO

Best recommendation would be to have it checked by a mechanic, and as I was told be sure that they use the MUT-II Diagnostic program...

If your really keen, you could check the error codes on the ECU. I'd just have to dig up the how-to guide.

Its in the passenger footwell - behind the plastic panel that has the 2 loops in it.

Long story short... Tip Auto trans shat itself... Rebuild = 3 weeks & $3600.00

Mind you I had a lightened flywheel installed while the trans was out + all new parts = very nice increase in low end thanks to faster revs
