So does anyone know of a place that makes custom altezza lights? I've heard there's one up near brizzy.does any australian company make them? If so we should get in contact with them. get a price on a bulk order. Imagine how many would sell if they were only like $300 like every other clear tail light. I really want a set. Ive already done the tinted tail light trick and makes an improvement. but clear would be better. Who in Aust. makes them???

man i tell u one thing, i'd been lookin for this taillight for 2 years, and i tried to find out about group buy like whole sale thing...and the s*** still gonna coz $5-700, and they need at least 500-700 pairs....if u think u can get 500 people to get the taillights...it maybe possible...unless u wanna get all by urself and try to sell it...smorrison tried to organize before but it went off i guessed i dunno what happened...
they guy in brizzy i think u talkin about 'U LIKE' fto, his one was original project f taillight, mine one is the same..so if u think u still want the light, i suggest do your homework, search on ebay...and pay attention to ftoaustralia.com forum, just like i did...thanks to someone one more time..hehehe....

ps: GOOD LUCK...

You do realise that our committee is in constant contact with theres right?? And this is not the first time someone had suggested this idea, & yes they had posted a groupbuy of rear lights similar to altezza in here before, but only few actually end up forking out the money when it comes to the crunch.

sorry i had no idea the clubs were linked in any way shape or form, let alone they are doing this as we speak.
Why dont we start a list of potential buyers of these altezza style lights, to see whos' keen. And then maybe if we get a list of at least a dozen or so they may do us a better price.

I will start an informal list (just to c what interest their is and this is based on the fact that these lights actually turn out looking like what we all imagine and not some crappy look a like), and then if it gets to that stage whoever from our clubs liases with theirs, could potentailly let them know of our intentions.

Am i right in saying that all other altezza's are like 300-400 bucks, wouldnt that mean it costs less than that to make em. Why the hell do we have to pay 1000 bucks for something that every other car in the world pretty much pays half for. I realise they have to do a prototype mould and that costs money, but arn't they gonna make profit from the sale of these things. It seems a little f**ked

Another thing is if we could get this done in oz it would probably be heaps cheaper as not only do we elimainate the middle man, but we wouldn't be paying sh*t loads to get these into the country.

BTW 450 POUNDS EQUATES TO 1050 AUSSIE DOLLARS
Thats a lot of coin for these bad boys and thats without all the added costs of getting em here. I still think this can be done right here in OZ.
(No harm in trying to find out, even if someone was willing to do em for like 600-700 bucks, that would generate a sh*t load more interest)
