the reason i bought a fto was because of the handling and the lightweightedness of it, and thats it. oh and the styling

you can haev power any day with any normal car but when can you have a light-weight good looking car thats brilliant around corners :) (before mods) and that also sounds like a v12 ferrari on occasion

I'll just have to make a comment here. I've got a FTO gpx and recently a R32 GTR now. Both are great cars. I still don't understand why everyone has to go this car is better than that car. If there was one ultimate car, then everyone would be getting it and wouldn't that be boring?

eg. 1 car will be more expensive than the other, 1 car will look better than the other, 1 can will handle in the dry better than the other , etc.

Sure the GTR is faster, but it's also noiser, more thirsty and more maintainece. where the FTO looks good, decent at most things(not the best) but very liveable.

I think the best thing to tell people that bag FTO's that it's more of an all rounder rather than just a drag car.

Comparing a Silvia to an FTO is like comparing apples to oranges.

Both have very different characteristics.

FTO is a FF N/A high revving fun car that is economical (well for a V6 anyway) below 5k and above that through turns it eats most other cars that i have come across in my opinion.

You could always turbo an FTO I suppose, but it kinda defeats the purpose of keeping it N/A ;)

MAN all i know is that FTO looks really cool. I had the option to either get an fto or skyline gts-t. i got fto, simply coz it looks cooler (ma opinion) and coz chicks find it better looking than the skyline gts-t.

Exact same thing I did.

Took an R33 GTS-T for a test drive....then went in an FTO.

all cars handle well with the right mods...

having been to a couple track days i have seen a number of well setup cars... haha...

after these track day it just made me realize that suspension & tyres are soo soo important...

it is really hard to compare these cars... but some people just compare them by power | 1/4 mile time :?

I wouldn't mind a S15, they are really nice...

You may not know this but wog is/was actually derived from Westernised Oriental Gentleman so the guy is right......but then so is his car!

At least the fto isn't named after a girl! ......Skyline wanna be mofo!
