In my opinion it's a total scam, I've posted about this before on this site a while back. I think it was a pivot voltage stabiliser.

They forgot to mention in that ad that it will also increases the output on your toaster and therefore give you improved toast.

Chances are it would have a positive benefit on the car, but the list of benefits on the ebay link are utter bullshit, there won't be any measurable performance increase.

If you can find someone who's already purchased one get them to open it up, then head down to your local Jaycar and build your own. Should cost around 5 - 15bux.

Is a fansy box that improve your earth wiring, just go & get yourself a earth wiring kit & it does the same job, & much cheaper.
