Difference between Pre-facelifted and Facelifed FTOs

Hi guys,

Jus wondering what are the differences between a pre-facelifted and facelifted FTO? And what year does the face-lift comes into effect?

Apart from the front bumper bar & lights, exterior for series 1 & 2 are the same, but series 2 comes with driver side airbag as standard.

Series 2 start from late 96 onward.

This may or may not be relevant, but if you're looking for differences between FTO's , be aware that there are a number of options that are available on top of the facelift

Airbags (Drivers + passengers) - as mentioned above
Traction Control
ABS
Electric Aerial
Sunroof
LSD

and im probably forgetting one or two on top of this

Those options are also availible with the pre-facelift.

Don't forget that the majority of face lift FTO's (auto that is) will have the 5spd auto gearbox.

Also the headlights are different in the facelift. They look the same, but they also contain the park lights in the full beam assembly. This is of course because they are no longer in the facelift bumper...

i thought hte face lift also came with split sepakers in the front?
EOI - 96 GPX Brembos, Trust zorst, hks airpod, red seats, 17's
