Forbidden???

Every second post i do not come up with the following msg as below, & only if i exit the forum & come back then i can post.

You don't have permission to access /modules.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Looks like a permisions issue one of the modules might not have correct permisions set on it.

Well i've got the same msg as i try to reply some of the members PM, but it doesn't matter how many times i try it just won't go through.
