headlight socket

Post by 00seven »

Anyone know where to get headlight sockets from? mines all burnt out so I'm using my fog lights for now, i might get pulled over one day so gotta get one quick. I might check out the wreckers but I would prefer a new one. Any suggestions?

hey 00seven :)

this has happened to me HEAPS of times!
Your best bet is to get the holders from Wreckers. New, It'll cost to much mate, not worth it when the wreckers parts for this are usually in very good condition.

You should be able to get for about 20-30 bucks.

Chop the loom and take the holder with you when u ask for it, some of these wreckers are fools! hehe
Good luck!

PEACE

btw what kinda globes are you using?

I just got some from the wreckers for $20. I was using 70 watt globes which were already in the car when i got it, I think that burnt out the socket so now im using 60 watt ones.
