Mitsubishi Jap have roof racks in their FTO catalogue, so you might able to get the genuine FTO roof racks from a good local Mitsubishi dealer, since you in QLD, I have no idea which dealer would supplier FTO parts.

I may have found some. I'll check it out on the weekend and report back to base for debriefing and cocktails.

I bought roof racks from a surfshop for about $50, just one of those tie on ones. It's pretty good, I've had 2 big surfboards on top of my FTO...although I must admit it looks a bit odd.

I have a set of THULE roof racks that were fitted to a honda legend(2002). They were purchased from the roof carrier in camberwell vic, and when I rang them they said you can buy separate kits to make them fit other cars..

The have a bike holder in them - basically this kit is used for triathletes etc and retail for about $400 new. If anyone is interested in them let me know, as its just sitting arodn in my garage.
