Hi everyone,
I am running the viscous LSD box in my FTO and experiencing a wobble of the shorter 25 spline drive shaft, but the play is only inside the diff itself where it mates with the spline.
Some videos for your time:

The other side is rock solid.
This has done a few track days and there do not seem to be any issues, except a vibration under hard acceleration.
Anyone have experience to tell me this is normal or not normal?

Swapped the diff over and this problem is solved.
However, begs the question of what was wrong with the original diff. Do they just get worn? It wasn't from a high miler.

Those wafer plate sticky diffs do have a life expectancy. They just wear out..

Wow, dude - I wonder if that's what I'm experiencing as well. Haven't done a full driveline tear-down yet, but it makes me wonder now.
Good info, thanks. And good luck!
