Apexi Power FC

Post by Quickslvr »

Hi,

Does anyone knows if Apexi Power FC and Commander will fit into an 95 FTO?

They used to have them for the FTO about a couple of years ago. But I don't know whether or not if they've taken it out of their range.
From FTO to EVO......

What do you need the FC to run?
Unless you have a crazy setup I don't think it's needed

I think in most cases a piggyback like an e-manage will be fine.

And they are relatively cheap if you buy them online

I don't think you need power FC unless you go really hardcore with the engine
Even then, the e-manage is very powerfull

The unit of e-manage are cheap by itself, but by the time you get all the harness, its just end up as same as any other piggyback unit.

I'm buying my emanage from a shop with injector/ignition harness for $600...
Ok, if you want, you can add MAP sensor for extreme boost...
Or delimiter...
Or electronic boost controller... none of which you NEED to use

It's a good price for what it is...

It would cost you another 400 to just get it fitted and installed!

hehehheh nope, but installing & tuning would be, & you must dyno tune it to optimize its feature. Yes it sounds logical to do so, but i've seen people just install it, & then ran it off a laptop, but it end up fu*k up their car. :?

sorry

i meant tuning.

I think the power fc is quite overpriced anyways, especially if its for a standard fto!
