hey guys i need help the guy i bought my car off had tinted headlights now the tint is peeling off and wrecked the original headlight plastic its turned all foggy but not the dirty foggy look like plastic fade...im guessing only way to fix it is to buy new ones? anyone know where from?

Hi, Welcome to the forums!
If by what you say is that your headlights are delaminating then we have here a DIY guide on how to clean it up.
The FTO headlights have a small film to protect the headlight I think, and over time it peels of and it looks like skin peeling on your arm. That is what i mean by delaminating... anyway, have a look through the following link:

I had the same problem myself...
all u need to do is get 3 grades of wet dry paper (try to get the lowest grades possible) starting from the most coarse paper sand off the film till u reach the plastic itself. after smoothing it down as much as possible, spray on a few thin coats of some good enamel paint and she should be good as new
