Someone parked a Yaris in the spot I usually reverse out into when I leave home. I saw the car there when I got home from work, I saw it again when I walked out to my car this morning, for some reason it blanked out of my memory as soon as I got in the car, checked left and right for traffic at the curb, and proceeded to punch a nice big dent in their drivers door.

Comprehensive insurance I hope?
Does suck though
Yeah, still have comprehensive haha, have learnt my lesson over the years. There goes the spare money I might have used to fix up the exhaust now lol.

The best. Wondering if they decide the bar isn't worth saving if I can grab a Vortex rear bar, but considering those need a bit of work to fit I don't think they'll go for it.
Car's booked for the 10th of next month for repairs. Also picking up a cheap-as-scrap Corolla Seca to daily in the meantime, colleague at work will probably take it off my hands when I'm done with it too, seeing as I'll be putting fresh rego on it.
It's noisy, it vibrates, it burns oil and crunches gears, but it starts, runs, stops, turns and locks so we're all good for a few weeks I'll need to use it.
FTO back from the shop looking much better. I think they even sorted out a pre-existing dent on the rear quarter (sadly didn't fix the right tail alignment, not that I expected them to). only niggling annoyance was some wet touch up paint (but not on the bar).
All filler, no killer. Prefacelift days are numbered, so while the car was (relatively) presentable I went out and grabbed a few snaps while the sun went down. Used the magic of photoshop to remove the little BC logo pretty happy with some of the shots turned out, quite liking the VII wheels too.

If it is, it's only by a fraction. but I do have fenders with better paint to go on with the Facelift front bar, so should be looking even better soonish
