Does anybody have any experience with a lightweight crank pulley or lightweight flywheel?
Is it really worth it?

Re: Lightweight Crank Pulley and Flywheel
I had a lightweight crank pulley on the old car, can't remember if I noticed anything as it was 5-6 years ago, I had it on mine for about 2 years and didn't notice a problem.
But then again I'd say you're running a slight risk as they don't have the vibration damper and they must be fitted for a reason so you just have to 'weigh up' the pros and cons.
I'd probably fit one to my car again if I had a knackered stock one and if I was trying to eek every bit of 1/4 mile improvement-ness out of it like a was chasing some record.
I think Rowan is going to get one for his as his stock crank pulley has a chunk out of it.
