Hi guys I have a hopefully small issue I have just done a service oil filter oil and air filter went for a 20 min run pulled in the driveway let it sit idle and a few revs checking for smoke and the radiator fan switched on temp gauge only sitng on halway normal .engine sounded like I lost a belt or something . So I looked under the car and smoke coming of the exhaust at the back of the motor but can't see oil leak any ideas. Started fine 10 minutes later but noisy tic.

Re: need help
What model do you have?
The ticking is likely tappet noise - which can be made more apparent after an oil change..
It's not terminal, and nothing to worry about if it's the case.
Did you recheck the oil level after your drive?
As for the smoke, it could be oil burning off the bottom of the sump / near oil filter from draining it (or if you spilled any refilling?).
Radiator fans at idle is normal.

Re: need help
20 minute drive then idling with rev checks would turn on the radiator fans.
