Re: Project Beema
All the major cutting is DONE ! Got heaps of grinding left and then I'll finish coating the entire boot with the rust primer. At some stage I'll be getting the holes patched and welded, but I want it all done at once, hence why I'm priming the steel before hand. Once they're patched I'll give it a top coat and then a coat of sound deadener, then fresh boot carpet.

Spoke to metal fabricators yesterday, getting the holes patched and the little gutters around the edges of the boot made up for under $400

Re: Project Beema
Found a bullet in the car today. It's now a legit Ex mafia mobile
Pulled out the seats, stereo console, aircon unit & ripped up the carpet and a good 20kg of sound deadening. Only to find tar, fuking tar everywhere, I've had the pleasure of trying to remove this sh*t before and it's bullshit.. Involves a heat gun a hammer, chisel and alotta hours.
I expect to find rust underneath...
On the plus side, I found out my wheels are worth more then what I paid for the car
