FTO Engine Serial number

This may seem like a noob question but does anyone know how to find out what the serial number of an FTO engine is? I just moved to Victoria and im trying to get my registration transferred and Vicroads are asking me for an engine serial number aside from the VIN. Apparently 6A12 is just the prefix. Any way to find out? Do i need to go to a mitsubishi stealership in order to get this?

It's stamped on the block, just under the front head, on the side of the motor. Sorta near where your top radiator pipe passes by.
