Their website specifies;

To apply for an Unregistered Vehicle Permit (UVP), you will need to provide:
Proof of identity, If you send a representative they will need a letter of authorisation from the operator and will need to prove their identity.
A safety check report or a Customer Declaration of Roadworthiness for specific vehicles.
A completed Application for Unregistered Vehicle Permit form.

i went to maroubra rta because of time restraints, wrote out a statutory decleration, signed dated it, advised a blue slip was completed and they were

nope

after i showed them what was written on their website, explaining the paperwork in front of them, and telling them i understand a blue slip isn't electrocically transferred, they were like

I don't think i've interpereted their website wrong. They aren't clear enough in saying what the specific vehicles are. there is no information on what vehicle is a "specific vehicle", and they didn't tell me when i asked, they just said

I left about 3, the only things they had left to do was bolt up the cross member, put oil in the box & bleed the clutch (I put a new slave in it.)

After that, it was just a matter of Az fitting his intake arrangement & oil catch can back in & it'll be finished. If it's not already, it'll be very close.

Yep all done. BIG thanks again for the help .
Started the car up and it ran like sh*t sounded like a vacuum line was off. Answer yes it was, placed back on and runs good again.

Blue Slips can be electronic these days. The one I had done on the Mini was online. I had to educate Thornleigh RTA about it, they'd never seen one.
