Yeah that should be fine. Just keep in mind you'll need to trash the plastic arch liner. Mine ripped off & spat out the side of the car on my way out of the tyre shop

Offset works the other way. 5mm spacers would take a +25 wheel down to +20.

Further out from the inner guard = lower number.

Further in = higher number.
