Haven't done it yet :P
That was just test fitting, I want to modify the sideskirts first.

Just removing the fins, like a few others have. I'm not a big fan of them :)

So I've been driving around with the rear bar on for a week or so now, but with no lighting for the numberplate it's illegal.

So today I set up an LED strip to illuminate it, just a temporary measure for the time being.

Probably just pretty much what it is, but more permanently stuck there, and the wiring tidied up a little.
I quite like it, it makes a nice even light. I just want one a bit more white than that :)

Slowly getting there... not doing a lot of work on it, as weather has been meh...
Since this pic, I've primered that half of it, and filled in a few pin holes.

I also bought some paint to try give a go at painting it when it's finished.

A little more work on the side skirts today, filled a hole that I kind of dug out, as some of the fibre glass didn't dry...
Also but all my body pieces in the garage.... Was tempted to pull out the spare engine and put it in it's spot :p

I also purchased some W83 White paint and clear coat, so I may attempt to paint one of the side skirts when they're finished.

On top of that, I've sanded the front bar back a bit, and marked spots that need repair, there's still al bit of a dip in the fibreglass where the main crack was, so I will need to fill that one in.

Nearly done on one sideskirt. We kind of got sick of perfecting it for the time being, and just wanted it done.
It's 98% perfect, so we just decided to start painting it. Had a few issues with the clear coat, and have fixed it as best as I can, and ran out of paint (2nd can)
So this will have to do. Just needs another sand before putting some more clear on it.

Painted, friend holding it:

Haven't even toched the other one yet...
Wanted to see how this one turned out first, and so that we could get measurements from this one to help with the other.

Same thing happens to me. Attachments aren't viewable with tapatalk and just shows a broken image. Linked images are fine. Has been like that for a few months.
