After hearing what he said about owing Dwayne money for the bonnet I don't think he really cares about you or your engine until he gets a legal notice, whatever that may be.

Id be interested to know???. To be fair, I did eventually get the money for the bonnet, but it wasnt fast.

Honestly as much as I enjoying showing up that little tissue child, this all really doesn't help bjk.

Dare I say that if we want a "let's bag Spaz" thread, then let's make one. Otherwise let's continue with viable alternatives and solutions to assist bjk.

I'm not disagreeing or against what's being said, but they're different intent of threads, and it's cluttering.

bjk, If you haven't yet as you have made mention before, seek legal advice. NOW.
The longer you let it lay the harder it will become.
Without starting to spend MORE money, which then makes the whole matter about vengence and principal over claiming loss, you want to act quick.

Pick up the phone and make the call to free legal service then begin the journey.

EDIT: I might also add, that anything said on here can be seen by Taz, so if you have any sort of plan to do anything and make it known on the forum, he has a heads up. I'm sure that's obvious.
But I don't go telling people they can be expecting a court order in the mail, giving them time to flee the country, let the lawyers/ courts handle that stuff, if it goes that far.
