Okay, looking for a bit of advice if anyone wants to offer it.

This aternoon I called the Hunter Express group that is the larger body of e-go/real time express etc. The only record they have of anything being sent to my address is Stuart's rear strut bar. I guess no real surprise there. Taz is still obviously not responding. Do people think that it's worthwhile getting the law involved at this stage? Or should I see if I can reason with him that I'm prepared to go that way, and it would be a lot simpler to just pay me back?

I'd consult a lawyer and get a letter sent to him informing him of my intentions to pursue it with legal action if it were me

Yeah, I think I'm going to call the legal services commission tomorrow, see what they make of it. I might see if anyone is willing to pay Tylar a visit to confirm if the engine is there or not as well.

To be honest, at this stage forget the motor, basically prove you have paid X amount of money through bank statements etc and pursue the amount owing. Get's tricky to claim property

Nope. I just texted him with the fact there was no info on the bookings, and he seems to be playing dumb by pretending I've got a wrong number...

I think Sidds has already inboxed and it got brushed off..I'd say keep trying nonetheless though. Feel sorry for you bjk, you shouldn't have to deal with this.

Sidds got further than I did. (as in got Tylar to actually reply) so that was a huge help. But I think he knows the game is up now, which is why he's resorting to such lows as having the gall to reply as if it's a wrong number. Which he sent me in a pm.
