Sammy, get the 2 off ebay, I didnt realise they were both new. They are going to be cheaper for you. Particularly with free postage. If you are comfortable with ordering from overseas, amayama is another option for you as well.

You can get the stereo surround through amayama for $117.

With postage you're looking at $140.

the bags they come in with part number stickers are under them. just remind me about the screws before I send so I dont forget them (they dont come with the parts, but I have some stashed away that ill add to the package).

This might be a silly question but what holds the head unit in place..?

I don't have a factory surround so I've been meaning to restore that at some point but the cavity behind mine is completely empty.
Apart from the cigarette lighter/surround/floor piece are there supposed to be any other bits?

The metal frame for the floor piece bolts into the chassis and then stereo brackets bolt to the head unit then the floor piece.

That makes sense..cos right now I've got a double din in a cage resting on that thin piece of surround, been held there since I bought the car. Honestly can't believe it hasn't snapped yet.

Alright, I could probably find the brackets at a wrecker or something. Thanks for the info!
