Re: Argg F#$kn Fires
Choppers overhead all day today. And unfortunately, the plane pilot who lost his life this morning when his plane crashed was at one of the fires near me as well.
Id just like to publicly thank the people that put themselves in harms way to keep the rest of us safe.

There are two types of people on forums; those that give helpful advice, and the others

Oh sh#t, thats a bit close. Hope they get it sorted quickly for you.
The one closest to my place is now under control (but not out). The other one is still going strong and has escaped containment lines to the north (opposite side of fire to me, so im safe)

They will also get off scott free with a light tapping on the top of the hands and the words, "that was very naughty" muttered to them.
Hope you stay safe and it doesn't go out of control.
Worst weather today for this sort of thing.

Re: Argg F#$kn Fires
And they get the day off school as well as that gets closed
(probably why they lit it). Stick them on a slow spit over the fire they have lit I say.
Actually in truth,I believe they should be forced to serve as a volunteer on the fire brigade fighting the fires for a while to see what sort of damage and heartbreak they cause.
