Also with coil overs i have been in a few cars with many different brand of coil overs and by far the most comfortable ones that are very well made are these.

They are so comfy it is worlds of difference between say a BC coil over which bangs over certain bump while these will absorbed more of it
I would also fit some sways but really depends on the roll centre of the car, as with stiffer sways you can run softer shocks and let them do more work, or just run standard sways and have super hard springs
I would mod one if i could find one, lol but both GPX is rare in good condition and GPVR is even harder. Or they are modified to the point it is not worth it as they impossible to register here in vic due to very harsh rwc regs
Coolio for the info on LSD. That looked like a headache for you. I presume if i just got a lsd transplanted into the normal non lsd gb it would not require all the splines and other things?

It depends what LSD you get as to whether or not your gonna need different drive shafts. For instance if you get that cams kill one your gonna have to track down a set of viscous drive shafts which are extremely hard to find. If you get a wavetrack or quaife your gonna need 27 spline shafts. It all depends what LSD you get as to what drive shafts and stuff you'll need
Yep, when I said LSD is difficult to locate, you need the matching driveshafts as well. There are a few people now that have found out just how hard that one is to sort out. Much easier just to buy a version R if you are going to end up wanting the extra suspension goodies anyway.

Helical uses 27 spline drive shafts so you'll need these if you don't already have them. Most fto have 25 spline shafts but it's a mixed bag of cats really so you may get lucky and have 27 spline shafts. Easy way to tell what you have is measure the diameter of your drive shafts. The easy part about the helical is all 27 spline shafts work unlike the viscous where you need to find the correct stubby shafts which are unique to the viscous lsd. Hope this helps

Jesus christ...well they made that nice and simple hey. Lol I don't think it's something I'll be doing, think rebuilding the gearbox is enough to do.

Yeah it's a massive headache and took me a week to work it all out. Once it's explained it's simple but getting that explanation isn't an easy task
